Journal Article 1404/03/19 <p>Given the importance of sustainable entrepreneurship in universities and the role of social innovation hubs in achieving sustainable development, this study aimed to identify the dimensions and present a qualitative model for sustainable entrepreneurship in the Social Innovation Hub of Islamic Azad University. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with the goal of presenting a sustainable entrepreneurship model for the Social Innovation Hub of Islamic Azad University. The statistical population consisted of managers and experts familiar with entrepreneurship and social innovation. Through purposive sampling, 13 individuals were selected for semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method, and an initial framework was extracted. This framework was then provided to 15 experts, and ultimately, the final qualitative model of sustainable entrepreneurship was developed based on expert consensus. The results indicated that the overarching themes derived from the study’s findings included: initiating capacities in sustainable entrepreneurship, defining processes and mechanisms, sustainability pillars, performance reflections, and supportive and facilitating structures. Overall, the findings suggest that sustainable entrepreneurship in the Social Innovation Hub is a multifaceted and dynamic phenomenon that can only be realized through the simultaneous interaction of all themes identified in this study. When all these elements come together, Islamic Azad University can act as a pioneering institution in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship and provide a localized model for other universities and innovation institutions in the country.</p> <p>با توجه به اهمیت کارآفرینی پایدار در دانشگاه‌ها و نقش سراهای نوآوری اجتماعی در تحقق توسعه پایدار، این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و ارائه مدلی کیفی برای کارآفرینی پایدار در سرای نوآوری اجتماعی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انجام شد. این پژوهش به شیوه کیفی و با هدف ارائه مدل کارآفرینی پایدار در سرای نوآوری اجتماعی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و خبرگان آشنا با کارآفرینی و نوآوری اجتماعی بود که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ۱۳ نفر از آنان برای مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون بررسی شد و چارچوب اولیه استخراج گردید. سپس این چارچوب در اختیار ۱۵ نفر از خبرگان قرار گرفت و در نهایت مدل کیفی نهایی کارآفرینی پایدار بر اساس اجماع خبرگان تدوین گردید. نتایج نشان داد که مضامین فراگیر حاصل یافته‌های پژوهش عبارت‌اند از: ظرفیت‌های آغازگر در کارآفرینی پایدار، تعریف فرایندها و سازوکارها، ارکان پایداری، بازتاب‌های عملکردی، سازه‌های حمایتی و تسهیل‌گر. به طور کلی نتایج نشان می‌دهد که کارآفرینی پایدار در سرای نوآوری اجتماعی یک پدیده چندوجهی و پویاست که تنها با تعامل همزمان همه مضامین بدست آمده در این مطالعه، می‌تواند به واقعیت تبدیل شود. زمانی که همه این عناصر در کنار یکدیگر قرار گیرند، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی می‌تواند به‌عنوان نهادی پیشرو در عرصه کارآفرینی پایدار ایفای نقش کند و الگویی بومی برای سایر دانشگاه‌ها و نهادهای نوآوری کشور فراهم آورد.</p> https://www.journaltesd.com/index.php/tesd/article/download/129/135
