This exploratory study employed a descriptive-survey and mixed qualitative-quantitative design. In the qualitative phase, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 12 experts, including university faculty members and organizational managers, who were purposively selected based on relevant expertise and experience. The qualitative data were analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding. In the quantitative phase, Interpretive Structural Modeling was applied to determine the structural and hierarchical relationships among the extracted categories. Accordingly, the Structural Self-Interaction Matrix, initial and final reachability matrices, reachability and antecedent sets, level partitioning, and driving-dependence analyses were conducted. The findings identified 24 concepts organized into eight main categories: religious responsibility, revolutionary spirit, justice-seeking spirit, attainment of the ideals of the Islamic Revolution, spiritual awareness and moral conscience, anti-corruption spirit, future orientation and avoidance of fear and despair, and new Islamic civilization and preparedness for the Supreme Guardianship. Justice-seeking spirit and anti-corruption spirit each had the highest driving power of 8 and a dependence score of 2, making them the most influential components of the model. The final model consisted of four hierarchical levels. Justice orientation and anti-corruption constituted the foundational level; religious responsibility, revolutionary spirit, and spiritual awareness and moral conscience formed the mediating level; future orientation and attainment of revolutionary ideals represented intermediate outcomes; and new Islamic civilization and preparedness for the Supreme Guardianship constituted the final outcome. The findings indicate that the realization of Jihadi management within the Second Phase Statement primarily depends on institutionalizing justice orientation and anti-corruption, which, through strengthening religious responsibility, revolutionary spirit, and moral conscience, facilitate the achievement of the strategic and civilization-building goals of the Islamic Revolution.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل مدیریت جهادی مبتنی بر عدالت‌محوری و مبارزه با فساد در چارچوب بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف اکتشافی، از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و از نظر نوع داده‌ها آمیخته کیفی و کمی بود. در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 12 نفر از خبرگان شامل اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه و مدیران سازمانی گردآوری و با روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. مشارکت‌کنندگان به‌صورت هدفمند و بر اساس تخصص و تجربه مرتبط انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی، برای تعیین روابط ساختاری و سلسله‌مراتبی میان مقولات استخراج‌شده، از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. بر این اساس، ماتریس خودتعاملی ساختاری، ماتریس دسترسی اولیه و نهایی، مجموعه‌های دسترسی و پیش‌نیاز، سطح‌بندی مقولات و تحلیل قدرت نفوذ و وابستگی انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد 24 مفهوم در قالب هشت مقوله اصلی شامل احساس مسئولیت دینی، روحیه انقلابی، روحیه عدالت‌خواهی، رسیدن به آرمان‌های انقلاب اسلامی، شعور معنوی و وجدان اخلاقی، روحیه فسادستیزی، آینده‌نگری و دوری از ترس و ناامیدی، و تمدن نوین اسلامی و آمادگی برای ولایت عظمی سازمان‌دهی شدند. روحیه عدالت‌خواهی و روحیه فسادستیزی هر یک با قدرت نفوذ 8 و میزان وابستگی 2، اثرگذارترین مقولات مدل بودند. مدل نهایی در چهار سطح شکل گرفت؛ عدالت‌خواهی و فسادستیزی در سطح زیربنایی، احساس مسئولیت دینی، روحیه انقلابی و شعور معنوی و وجدان اخلاقی در سطح واسطه‌ای، آینده‌نگری و رسیدن به آرمان‌های انقلاب اسلامی در سطح پیامدهای میانی، و تمدن نوین اسلامی و آمادگی برای ولایت عظمی در سطح پیامد نهایی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که تحقق مدیریت جهادی در چارچوب بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی بیش از هر چیز به نهادینه‌سازی عدالت‌خواهی و فسادستیزی وابسته است و این دو عامل از طریق تقویت مسئولیت دینی، روحیه انقلابی و وجدان اخلاقی، زمینه دستیابی به اهداف راهبردی و تمدنی انقلاب اسلامی را فراهم می‌کنند.</p> https://www.journaltesd.com/index.php/tesd/article/download/525/351
