Methodologically, this research is quantitative in nature and employed a survey method to validate the proposed model. The statistical population included principals of upper secondary schools in the city of Rafsanjan. Based on Cochran’s formula and stratified random sampling, a sample size of 384 participants was determined. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire, the data validity of which was confirmed using the alignment method. Data analysis was conducted using the Friedman test through SPSS software. The findings indicated that the identified dimensions and components were highly reliable; therefore, the validity of the components derived in this study was confirmed. Additionally, the results showed that the 30 identified components did not have equal rankings and varied in terms of importance. This highlights the differing relative significance of each component within the structure of the innovation and entrepreneurship model for upper secondary schools.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اعتباربخشی ابعاد و مؤلفه­های نوآوری و کارآفرینی مدیریت مدارس متوسطه دوره دوم بود. پژوهش از نظر طرح، جزو پژوهش­های کمی است. که از روش پیمایشی به­منظور اعتباربخشی الگوی مذکور استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران مدارس متوسطه دوره دوم شهر رفسنجان بود. که براساس فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای تعداد 384 نفر به­عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین شد. در این مطالعه ابزار از پرسشنامه محقق­ساخته استفاده شده است. که با استفاده از روش همسوسازی، اعتبار داده­ها مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. تجزیه­وتحلیل از آزمون فریدمن و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS انجام شد. یافته­ها نشان داد ابعاد و مولفه­های شناسایی­شده به میزان زیادی قابل اعتمادند؛ بنابراین میزان اعتبار مولفه­های حاصل شده در این پژوهش مورد تائید قرار گرفت. همچنین نشان داد هر 30 مؤلفه دارای رتبه یکسانی نبوده و از لحاظ اهمیت در سطوح مختلفی قرار دارند به­طوری­که اهمّیّت نسبی هریک از این مؤلفه‌ها در ساختار الگوی نوآوری و کارآفرینی در مدارس متوسطه دوره دوم است.</p> https://www.journaltesd.com/index.php/tesd/article/download/77/63
