الگوی اثر مشارکت ورزشی و حمایت اجتماعی بر سرمایه‌های روان‌شناختی زندانیان غرب کشور با نقش تعدیل‌کننده اقلیم سازمانی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین الگوی اثر مشارکت ورزشی و حمایت اجتماعی بر سرمایه روان‌شناختی زندانیان غرب کشور و بررسی نقش تعدیل‌کننده اقلیم سازمانی در این روابط انجام شد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل زندانیان زن و مرد استان‌های کرمانشاه، کردستان، ایلام، لرستان و همدان با جمعیتی حدود 10000 نفر بود. بر اساس فرمول کوکران، حداقل حجم نمونه 370 نفر تعیین شد و برای جبران پرسشنامه‌های ناقص، 400 نفر به روش ترکیبی نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه مشارکت ورزشی، مقیاس چندبعدی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده، پرسشنامه سرمایه روان‌شناختی و پرسشنامه اقلیم سازمانی گردآوری شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه، مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و روش بوت‌استرپ در نرم‌افزار SmartPLS انجام شد. مشارکت ورزشی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر سرمایه روان‌شناختی داشت (β=0.438، t=12.042، p<0.001). همچنین، حمایت اجتماعی (β=0.241، t=7.397، p<0.001) و اقلیم سازمانی (β=0.452، t=11.735، p<0.001) اثر مثبت و معناداری بر سرمایه روان‌شناختی نشان دادند. اثر تعاملی مشارکت ورزشی و اقلیم سازمانی (β=0.304، t=3.172، p<0.001) و اثر تعاملی حمایت اجتماعی و اقلیم سازمانی (β=0.327، t=3.269، p<0.001) نیز مثبت و معنادار بود که نقش تعدیل‌کننده اقلیم سازمانی را تأیید کرد. مدل پژوهش 96.6 درصد از واریانس سرمایه روان‌شناختی را تبیین کرد. علاوه بر این، سرمایه روان‌شناختی در انواع اقلیم سازمانی تفاوت معناداری داشت (F=47.62، p<0.001، η²=0.24) و آزمون تعقیبی توکی تفاوت معنادار میان هر سه گروه اقلیم حمایتی، بی‌تفاوت و تنبیهی را نشان داد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد مشارکت ورزشی و حمایت اجتماعی می‌توانند با سطوح بالاتر سرمایه روان‌شناختی زندانیان همراه باشند و اقلیم سازمانی نیز علاوه بر اثر مستقیم، شدت این روابط را تعدیل می‌کند. بنابراین، ایجاد اقلیم سازمانی حمایتگر، توسعه فرصت‌های منظم مشارکت ورزشی و تقویت شبکه‌های حمایت اجتماعی می‌تواند به‌عنوان رویکردی تلفیقی در برنامه‌های اصلاحی و بازپروری زندانیان برای ارتقای امید، خودکارآمدی، تاب‌آوری و خوش‌بینی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
