تبیین جامعهشناختی رابطه بین بیتفاوتی اجتماعی و تمایل به توسعه (اقتصادی و اجتماعی) در بین شهروندان شهر کرج

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین جامعهشناختی رابطه بین بیتفاوتی اجتماعی و تمایل به توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی و بررسی تأثیر بیتفاوتی اجتماعی بر ابعاد مختلف تمایل به توسعه در میان شهروندان شهر کرج انجام شد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی-پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد بالای 15 سال ساکن شهرستان کرج بود که از میان آنان 383 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محققساخته و ابزارهای استاندارد گردآوری شدند. بیتفاوتی اجتماعی در ابعاد بیتفاوتی نسبت به خود، بیتفاوتی نسبت به وضعیت اجتماعی، بیمعنایی و سرخوردگی سنجیده شد و تمایل به توسعه نیز شامل توسعه اقتصادی، توسعه اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی، روحیه همدلی و تعاون، تغییر و نوآوری و انگیزه پیشرفت بود. اعتبار ابزارها از طریق اعتبار صوری و پایایی آنها با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای همبستگی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. بین بیتفاوتی اجتماعی و تمایل به توسعه اجتماعی (r=-0.382, p<0.001)، مشارکت اجتماعی (r=-0.213, p<0.001)، روحیه همدلی و تعاون (r=-0.181, p=0.001) و انگیزه پیشرفت (r=-0.175, p=0.002) روابط منفی و معناداری مشاهده شد، در حالی که رابطه آن با تمایل به توسعه اقتصادی و تغییر و نوآوری معنادار نبود. مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد بیتفاوتی اجتماعی اثر مستقیم و منفی معناداری بر تمایل کلی به توسعه داشت (β=-0.245, p<0.001). همچنین آثار غیرمستقیم آن بر توسعه اجتماعی (β=-0.158)، مشارکت اجتماعی (β=-0.138)، همدلی و تعاون (β=-0.207)، تغییر و نوآوری (β=-0.139) و انگیزه پیشرفت (β=-0.194) منفی و معنادار بود، اما اثر آن بر توسعه اقتصادی معنادار نبود (β=-0.074, p=0.063). یافتهها نشان میدهد افزایش بیتفاوتی اجتماعی با کاهش تمایل شهروندان به توسعه، بهویژه در ابعاد اجتماعی، مشارکتی، همدلانه و انگیزشی همراه است. بنابراین، کاهش بیتفاوتی اجتماعی، تقویت پیوندهای اجتماعی، افزایش مشارکت شهروندان و ارتقای احساس مسئولیت و انگیزه پیشرفت میتواند زمینه مناسبی برای تقویت نگرشها و گرایشهای توسعهمحور در جامعه فراهم سازد.
