شناسایی و تحلیل ارتقای سواد مالی مدیران مدارس با رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های ارتقای سواد مالی مدیران مدارس و اعتباریابی مدل پارادایمی حاصل با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته اکتشافی کیفی–کمی بود. در بخش کیفی، از نظریه داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد نظام‌مند اشتراوس و کوربین استفاده شد و داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۸ نفر از مدیران باتجربه مدارس، استادان دانشگاه و کارشناسان مالی آموزش و پرورش گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌های کیفی در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مبتنی بر مفاهیم استخراج‌شده تدوین و میان ۲۵۰ نفر از مدیران مدارس شهر تهران توزیع شد. داده‌های کمی با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و شاخص‌های برازش در نرم‌افزار AMOS نسخه ۲۴ تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که تمامی سازه‌های مدل از روایی سازه‌ای، پایایی ترکیبی و روایی همگرای مطلوب برخوردار بودند. بارهای عاملی استانداردشده برای شرایط علّی، پدیده محوری، راهبردها، شرایط مداخله‌گر، شرایط زمینه‌ای و پیامدها در دامنه قابل قبول و معنادار قرار داشتند. تمام آماره‌های T بزرگ‌تر از ۱.۹۶ و مقادیر معناداری کمتر از ۰.۰۰۱ بودند. پایایی ترکیبی سازه‌ها بین ۰.۹۲۹ تا ۰.۹۵۲ و میانگین واریانس استخراج‌شده بین ۰.۷۰۱ تا ۰.۷۶۷ گزارش شد. شاخص‌های برازش نیز کفایت مدل‌های اندازه‌گیری را تأیید کردند؛ به‌گونه‌ای که χ²/df بین ۰.۹۸۷ تا ۲.۹۶۴، CFI بین ۰.۹۹۴ تا ۰.۹۹۷، NFI بین ۰.۹۹۱ تا ۱.۰۰۰ و RMSEA بین ۰.۰۰۰ تا ۰.۰۷۲ قرار گرفت. مدل اعتباریابی‌شده پژوهش می‌تواند چارچوبی علمی و کاربردی برای طراحی دوره‌های توانمندسازی مالی، تدوین دستورالعمل‌های مدیریت مالی مدارس و ارتقای شفافیت، پاسخگویی و بهره‌وری منابع در نظام آموزشی فراهم سازد.
